(Modalities for the use of this logo by third parties, as from subsection 1, of art. 3, Law n.4 of 2004)

The public administrations and the parties, as from art.3, subsection 1 of the law n.4 of 2004, which intend to use this logo on websites and provided services, can evaluate independently the accessibility on the base of the technical rules and regulations defined by the decree of the Minister of Innovation and technology, as from art. 11 of the law n.4 of 2004; the positive evaluation, upon communication to Cnipa, allows the use of this logo.
